Jason Stigall

Co-owner

Jason began work in the Structural Pest Control Industry in January of 2000. He has held virtually every position in the Pest Control Industry. He has performed various types of pest control in residential and commercial settings & held titles such as: Termite & Pest Control Applicator, Truck Supervisor and Route Manager, Sales Staff/Inspector, WDIIR Inspector, Termite Division Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Safety & Operations Manager, and General Manager.

Jason also teaches, as Co-Owner of Mobile Training Solutions LLC, Pre-Certification and Certified Qualified Applicator license classes for individuals new to the pest control industry, he presents Arizona Department of Agriculture (AZDA) approved Continuing Education Unit (CEU) classes, develops and authors new and approved CEU classes, & develops consulting programs for small businesses to grow in the pest control field.

Jason attained his Associates in Science for Transfer from Pima CC in 2011. Jason was accepted into the University of Arizona’s Molecular and Cellular Biology (MCB) Program in 2011. The credits/units he took during this time concentrated on genetics, biology, and organic chemistry specifically.

Jason has also written detailed building inspection reports for Home Owner Associations & the US Forrest Service for their facilities in Tonto National Forrest (under his previous company’s GSA cert).

A Veteran of the US Navy where he graduated from multiple engineering and electrical engineering schools at Great Lakes Naval Training Center. After leaving the Navy, he began training new employees the month he was licensed with the State of Arizona and continued hands-on-training until he became a full-time manager. He still performed hands-on-training, however most of his administrative time was consumed with safety inspections, division and company meetings and quality control checks.

Jason sat on the most recent AZDA: PMD subcommittee to rewrite the Category 2 and 7 Wood Destroying, Inspecting, and Wood Preservation Exams.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Linda Harrington

Co-owner

Linda created Mobile Training Solutions, a training company providing Pre-Certification and Continuing Education Classes along with Business Consulting. They provide regularly scheduled classes in Phoenix and Tucson and Custom Mobile training at your location. SOS

Has held Qualifying Party Licenses and oversaw all the training related activities from Pre-Certification to Continuing Education for anywhere from 70 to 120 applicators at a large national company. She later became a Technical Specialist and began presenting their week long training programs.

Linda has worked as a Sales Representative selling Structural Products to Pest, Termite, Landscape and Nursery related companies. She began teaching Continuing Education and Pre-Certification classes for her customers, because it was a much-needed service.

Linda graduated Suma Cum Lade from Arizona State University with a degree in Ag Sciences.

Linda has written over 20 Continuing Education Classes in the State of Arizona and have been presenting them to large and small groups across the state.

Linda’s leadership qualities have extended to working on the Arizona Department of Agriculture, Pest Management Division’s Pest Management Advisory Committee. She was a member June 2014 - 2016. She sat as Chair of the Committee to rewrite the Wood Destroying Organisms exams 2A and 2B and the Wood Preservation exam.

She has held positions in State Associations over the years from the Arizona Pest Professional Organization to the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association. She is a member of PWIPM Professional Women in Pest Management and a Member of the AZPPO, Arizona Pest Professional Organization.
